Management fee

Vigmis charges a percentage of your total monthly ad spend across all connected platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). The percentage is 7% on Grow and 6% on Scale. This is calculated on the spend you place with the platforms — Vigmis never handles or passes through your ad budget.

Minimum charge

If your management fee for the month is below the minimum ($29), you are charged the minimum instead. On Scale, the $49 subscription is always charged — so the minimum total on Scale is $49/month even with zero ad spend.

Add-on usage

Social posts, AI reply drafts above your bundle, image creatives, and videos are charged per use at the rates listed above. These are tallied throughout the month and added to your monthly invoice. You can see a running total in your billing dashboard at any time.

Creative revisions

The first generation and first two revisions (revisions 0–2) are included at no extra charge. Revisions 3, 4, and 5 are charged at 50% of the original generation price: Avatar $7.50, Cinematic $6.00, Animation $4.00, Image $2.50. After 5 revisions, a new creative must be started. Once a creative is approved, it is locked — any further modification requires a new creative job.

Scale credits — break-even

Scale becomes cheaper than Grow in total management fees once your ad spend exceeds approximately $4,900/month. Below that threshold, the included credits (1 video, 3 images, 5 posts per month) offset the $49 subscription cost for businesses that regularly produce creative content.

AI fair use — activity reduction

Vigmis uses AI to power your campaigns. To ensure all customers receive consistent service, each account has a monthly AI budget proportional to the management fee paid. If your account's AI usage reaches 25% of your fee, Vigmis automatically switches routine tasks (comment triage, sentiment analysis) to a lighter AI model and pauses non-essential background jobs. If usage reaches 40% of your fee, AI-powered features are paused for the remainder of the month and resume on the 1st. You will receive a notification before any reduction takes effect. Normal usage patterns never trigger this — it is a safeguard against extreme edge cases only.

AI Strategy Sessions quota

Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI advisor conversations (see table above). When your quota is reached, you receive a soft notification — no features break. You can purchase additional sessions in packs of 25 for $9, or wait for the quota to reset on the 1st of the next month.

Billing cycle and invoices

Billing runs on a calendar month cycle. Your invoice is generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. Payment is processed automatically. You can view all past invoices in your billing dashboard.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You will not be charged for the following month. Any usage already accrued in the current month is billed normally on the next invoice date.

Sales tax

All prices are exclusive of sales tax. Where Vigmis is registered to collect tax, the applicable sales tax for your location is calculated automatically and added on top of the listed price — shown as a separate line at checkout and on every invoice. If Vigmis is not registered in your jurisdiction, no tax is added. As the business grows and becomes registered in additional jurisdictions, tax may begin to apply to your subscription; existing customers affected will be notified by email before it takes effect.
